Your privacy is important for us at Layke Analytics AB, (“Layke”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our aim is for you to feel safe with our processing of your personal data.
We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your data when you use our chrome extension (the “Services”).
In order to register your Layke account and use the Services, you provide information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number, mobile phone number, email, payment information, company name, and other personally identifiable information that you choose to provide us with or that you choose to include in your account. This is the only personal data that we collect when you use the Services.
Layke processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and other applicable legislation for the protection of personal integrity.
We only process personal data if there is a legal basis for the processing. We process personal data to deliver our services, develop the business, communicate with our contacts and maintain a business relationship with the person whose personal data is processed. We also process personal data for accounting and billing purposes. The data is processed when it is necessary for the performance of our contracts or to comply with our legal obligations and based on our legitimate interest in conducting and developing our business.
We do not disclose personal data to anyone outside Layke except where (i) it has been agreed between you and Layke, (ii) it is necessary in order for us to fulfil a statutory obligation or to comply with a decision of a public authority or a court of law or, (iii) if we engage an external service provider or business partner who performs services on our behalf.
We always strive to process your personal data strictly within the EU/EEA, however, in certain cases, there may be a risk of a transfer outside of the EU/EEA. If personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we will do everything we can to protect your data. We select our service providers carefully and take all the necessary steps to ensure that your personal data is processed with adequate safeguards in place in accordance with the GDPR.
Data that is processed by Layke is saved as long as it is justified with regard to the purpose of the processing unless we have an obligation to keep the information for a longer period according to law.
Layke employs appropriate technical and organisational security measures to ensure that personal data are protected against unauthorised access, disclosure, change or destruction. We also require appropriate security measures from our external suppliers that may be engaged by us to ensure that personal data is protected.
You have the right (i) to know what personal data we process about you, (ii) to request that we rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you, (iii) to request that we erase your personal data (e.g. if the data are no longer needed for the purpose or if consent is withdrawn) or request that the processing of the personal data is restricted, (iv) to object to specific processing of personal data and (v) in some circumstances, to receive the personal data you have provided in machine-readable form, and to transmit them to another controller.
If you are dissatisfied with how we process personal data, you are entitled to report this to a supervisory authority, which in Sweden is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Sw. Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, www.imy.se). You may also contact the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.

We use cookies (a small text file placed on your computer to identify your computer and web browser) and may use anonymous identifiers (a random string of characters that is used for the same purposes as a cookie).
