General questions
What is Layke Search?
Layke Search is a tool for smart candidate search across different platforms. It uses artificial intelligence to make a search or sourcing process more efficient.
How do I access the tool?
You can add Layke Search to your web browser by downloading it from the Chrome Web Store. Once downloaded, all you have to do is create an account and begin your search for relevant candidates.
What languages does Layke support?
The tool supports Swedish and English. You can search for job titles and skills, and even add relevant suggestions in both languages simultaneously. No need to create two different searches depending on the language.
Can I use Layke Search to find candidates in my internal ATS or CRM?
If the system that you are using supports boolean search strings, the answer is yes. If the system does not support it, you are welcome to contact us and we will do what we can to help you.
Pricing
How much does Layke Search cost?
The price changes depending on the number of users in your company. You can read more about our pricing packages on the pricing page.
Can I try the product before purchasing it?
Yes! You can do so by downloading Layke Search from the Chrome Web Store and creating a 14-day free trial account directly in the extension. No credit card is required.
What happens after my trial period ends?
If you wish to continue using Layke Search, you can sign up on our website or by clicking on the link in the email we send you at the end of the trial period.
I want to continue using the extension, how do I sign up?
That’s great news! You can sign up for a paid account right here. The same signup form will be sent to your email as well. If several people from your organisation want to use the tool, you can register them at the same time.

Managing your subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the "Cancel your subscription" button under Settings on the extension.
How long is the notice period for cancelling my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving us 30 days' notice period, as noted in the Terms of Use, under the "Term and Termination" section.
How can I change the number of subscriptions as an enterprise?
You can reduce the number of subscriptions by clicking the "Cancel your subscription" button under the settings of the extension. In the form, write down the number of accounts you wish to close.

What are the automated suggestions based on?
Data is at the core of Layke’s product, which means that all suggestions generated are based on large amounts of data. To provide as relevant suggestions as possible, the product is based solely on labour market-specific data.
What is a Boolean search string?
A Boolean search string is a search tool or logic that allows you to limit or require specific results. Using boolean logic when searching can help you make your search process more efficient.
How does Layke help me optimise my search for candidates?
Layke optimizes your search work in various ways. Some of the ways we do this are to provide suggestions for relevant roles and skills, let users automatically build boolean search strings and perform searches on multiple platforms in parallel.
What extra value does Layke add to LinkedIn and other talent pools?
By constantly giving suggestions for relevant searches, in combination with automatically generating search strings, we create a value that other platforms cannot offer.
GDPR & Data Collection
What personal data does Layke process?
In order to register your Layke account and use our services, you provide information that personally identifies you, such as your name and email, and other personally identifiable information that you choose to provide us with or that you choose to include in your account. This is the only personal data that we collect when you use our services.
What data does Layke collect from the platforms and databases I visit when I use the extension?
Layke does not collect any data from the platforms or databases you visit when you use the extension.
Does Layke collect any data regarding your use of the extension?
When you use the extension, we collect log data and usage data to keep the extension working and to provide and develop our services.
